We are seeking an accomplished Lead Sales Representative to join our client's team and drive new business development. This is a hunter-focused outside sales position for someone who thrives on identifying opportunities, opening doors, building relationships from the ground up, and turning new accounts into significant long-term customers. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of generating substantial sales within the manufacturing, logistics, material handling, or related industrial markets. You will have significant autonomy in managing your territory, travel schedule, and sales strategy while remaining closely connected to the company's operations and leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and secure new target accounts with little to no existing relationship
• Navigate organizations to identify key decision-makers, secure meetings, uncover opportunities, develop quotations, and close business
• Build new accounts into sustainable, high-value customer relationships
• Develop and manage a strong pipeline capable of generating significant annual sales growth
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial prospecting through first order and continued account development
• Develop strong relationships with integrators, OEMs, distributors, end users, and other industrial customers
• Collaborate closely with internal operations and leadership teams to ensure customer needs, project expectations, and business objectives are aligned
• Maintain a presence in the Beloit-area operation when not traveling or meeting with customers
• Evaluate opportunities with consideration for pricing, margins, profitability, operational capabilities, and long-term customer potential
• Travel up to 50% to develop customer relationships and pursue opportunities throughout the U.S. and North America, including Canada
• Independently manage travel based on customer opportunities and territory needs

Skills & Experience:

• Education: High school diploma required; additional relevant education preferred
• Experience: 2+ years of outside sales experience within manufacturing, logistics, or a closely related industrial environment, required
• Success: Generating approximately $6-$10M in sales, strongly preferred
• Travel: Up to 50% within U.S. and Canada

Pay: $80,000 $100,000/year + 3-15% commission

Type: Full-time, 1st Shift, On-site Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m.
