What You'll Do:

• Build and grow your own client base
• Help individuals and families plan for retirement, protection, education, and wealth accumulation
• Provide customized insurance and financial solutions
• Develop your expertise through ongoing training and professional development

• Experience in financial services, insurance, or a related field.
• Ability to build and maintain a strong client base through networking and relationship-building.
• Proven track record of providing customized financial solutions to meet diverse client needs.
• Strong understanding of retirement planning, wealth accumulation, and protection strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with industry trends.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team environment in West Texas.
• Must Live in the Lubbock area
