About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Beacon Ridge Nursing, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care to our patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, provide education and support to patients and families, and maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care. Your expertise and clinical skills will be valued and respected, and you will be empowered to make a meaningful impact in our patients' lives.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to patients in a variety of settings, including skilled nursing facilities and rehabilitation centers
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Conduct thorough initial assessments, identify needs, and prioritize interventions
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians and as necessary
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment plans
Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health, wellness, and disease prevention
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a commitment to evidence-based practice
