Clinical Coordinator

Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes. Supervise clinical staff, including PC - Ts. Ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery. Build long-term relationships with patients and families. Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Requirements:Current RN license and CPR certification 18 months RN experience, including 6 months dialysis. Charge RN readiness approval required. ADN required; BSN preferred. ICU, ER, or Med/ Surg experience preferred. CNN/ CDN certification a plus. Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
