Desktop Support Analyst

Our client, a leading enterprise organization, is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst/ MAC Coordinator (DE) to join their dedicated team. As a Desktop Support Analyst/ MAC Coordinator (DE), you will be an integral part of the IT support department supporting a large-scale enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Desktop Support Analyst/ MAC Coordinator Location: Newark, DE (Hybrid -3 days onsite per week) Position type: 12+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion Pay Range: What's the Job? Manage complex Move/Add/Change requests for enterprise end users, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Coordinate with vendors and internal support teams to facilitate hardware and software support activities. Provide hands-on desktop support, troubleshooting Windows and Office issues efficiently. Manage support tickets using Remedy and other request management tools, maintaining high standards of customer service. Perform physical workstation setup and equipment relocations, ensuring proper cable management and hardware installation. What's Needed? Experience supporting large enterprise environments with 500+ users. Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and MAC Service Request Management ticketing systems. Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical issues to non-technical audiences.
