Loan Servicing Analyst

About The Role As an Insurance Analyst, you will perform various tasks within the insurance team. Manage insurance compliance reviews for Agency, institutional, private client and high-profile borrowers as required. Manage flood determination process, force placed insurance and insurance claims as required. What You’ll Do Conduct analysis of Commercial Insurance to ensure compliance with Lender requirements. Communicate and provide support in assessing risk between Lender and Borrower needs. Review Loan Closing Documents for insurance compliance at loan level. Collaborate with Insurer and Borrower to address deficiencies or missing coverage. Work with Loan Servicing team to resolve insurance related issues. Obtain insurance renewal documents and invoices from relevant parties. Utilize CBRE proprietary client systems to review insurance data and run reports. Assist in gathering insurance documentation for audits. Uphold CBRE RISE values and demonstrate excellence in work quality. Adhere to standardized procedures to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. What You’ll Need Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset. Clear knowledge of Commercial Insurance Coverage for Property (including Flood, Wind, Earthquake and Terrorism), General Liability (including Workers Comp and Auto), Professional Liability and Umbrella/Excess Liability Insurance. Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
