LOCUM CRNA Assignment in Clinton, Iowa

• Specialty: CRNA
• Dates/Coverage Needed:
  • 6/16 - 6/18: 12-hours day coverage
  • 7/13 - 7/17: 8- or 12-hours day coverage
  • Every Monday in June and July: 8 hours day coverage
• Case Mix: General, Ortho, GI, Urology, ENT, OB. No Head/Heart. General, GI, and Ortho make up majority of cases
• # of OR's: 4 OR's, 1 GI Suite, 1 OB Suite. Typically, the volume is 50-55 cases per week.
• Staffing Mix/CRNA Supervision: CRNA's work independently
• Active IA License: Yes, active IA license or NLC required
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, & PALS. Will also require DEA and CSR.
• Credentialing Time-Frame: 30 days
