Maintenance Associate Apprenticeship

Pay Rate $26.70 per hour + shift differential if applicable Category / Shift Hourly Full-Time Physical Location 6706 N. 53rd St, Tampa, FL 33610 The Job You Will Perform This facility manufactures corrugated packaging products for local and national customers. We are seeking motivated individuals capable of performing a multitude of functions in a flexible, fast‑paced production environment. The role is entry‑level in the maintenance department and provides on‑the‑job training under more experienced mechanics. Duties and Responsibilities Follow all safety rules and practices. Act as a mechanic helper on shift. Operate shop and hand tools (grinder and drill press) safely. Learn to lubricate and oil all machine centers. Become an IP‑licensed motorized equipment operator. Gain hydraulic and basic pneumatic knowledge. Identify power sources and reference equipment manuals. Learn SAP work order system. Maintain teamwork with other associates. Keep work areas to plant housekeeping standards. Work any assigned shift: 24/5 PM maintenance support team. Possess a positive work attitude. Work well in a team and independently. Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager or designee. The Skills You Will Bring Ability to perform duties without accommodation. Read, write, and speak English.
