We are seeking an Associate Director, Product Design to lead the design of the next evolution of the product. This role is ideal for a strategic design leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, is deeply passionate about user-centered design, and is excited to shape the future of health technology at scale.What You'll Work OnAs the Associate Director, you will:Lead Product Evolution: Own the design vision for Lingo 2.0, our next-generation health platform. You'll rearchitect the user experience from the ground up, making it simpler and more intuitive while delivering actionable insights that empower users to make smarter health decisions.Champion User-Centered Design: Ensure that all design work is grounded in user research, usability testing, and data-driven insights.Lead Design Work: Own the design direction and execution for major product initiatives, setting the standard for design quality across the team.
