Sales Manager

Fullpower AI, a leader in real‑time AI deep‑learning biosensing, is seeking a results‑driven Sales Manager to accelerate the growth of our AI and biosensing solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology sales, a deep understanding of AI products, and a proven record of meeting or exceeding ambitious targets. This role is ideal for proactive professionals passionate about accelerating AI adoption in healthcare and biosensing and who are looking to have a transformative impact in the industry. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets in the biosensing and healthcare technology markets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage the complete sales cycle, and expand our customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers. Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to align sales initiatives with product innovations and customer feedback. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies and identify trends. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients. Track and analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular progress reports to senior management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus. 5+ years of sales experience in AI, SaaS, or healthcare technology, with a track record of success. Deep understanding of artificial intelligence and biosensing solutions. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to guide decisions. Willingness to travel as needed. Additional Information Fullpower AI does not sponsor work visas – must already be authorized to work in the United States. The base salary range for this full‑time position is $130,000 to $170,000, plus equity, plus benefits. Fullpower AI’s salary ranges are determined by role and level.
