You'll support clients working through relationship difficulties, family stress, communication concerns, emotional challenges, and major life transitions. The role allows you to focus on direct clinical care while maintaining a steady weekday schedule. You'll guide treatment, help clients develop healthier patterns, and provide consistent support through secure telehealth sessions.ResponsibilitiesConduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and familiesAssess relationship patterns, family dynamics, and presenting concernsEstablish treatment goals based on each client's needs and circumstancesHelp clients improve communication, manage conflict, and strengthen coping skillsUse appropriate marriage and family therapy techniques throughout treatmentReview progress and make clinical adjustments when neededComplete session notes and required documentation accurately and on timeRespond appropriately to safety concerns and follow established clinical proceduresMaintain confidentiality and professional standards throughout virtual care
