Maintenance Technician

Job Description Job Description Maintenance Technician – $26/hr Job Overview: Support production by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on minimizing downtime, ensuring equipment reliability, and maintaining safe operations. Schedule: 2nd Shift: Mon–Fri, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Training on 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facility systems Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Read schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals Assist with installation of new equipment Maintain maintenance records and parts usage Respond quickly to equipment issues to reduce downtime Follow all safety procedures Requirements: 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience Strong mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability Experience with tools (calipers, micrometers, torque wrenches, power tools) Basic electrical knowledge is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Team-oriented with strong attention to detail Acloché – Groveport, OH: Note: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available) Company Description Acloche is the employer of choice for over 15,000 people, We connect the best candidates with the best employers.
