Family Medicine Physician

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Family Medicine Physician, you will join our established, comprehensive practice at our Folsom clinic with Mercy Medical Group (MMG) ( , growing our family medicine department by providing compassionate and expert services to the community of Folsom, California.

In this role you will provide compassionate and expert care, through diagnosing and treating a variety of health conditions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of specialists to support the holistic well-being of patients.

To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled, board-eligible or board-certified and compassionate family medicine physician with strong clinical skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality, comprehensive care within a busy, community-focused practice.

• Patient-centric, physician-led medical home model with advanced clinical practitioners and nurses

• Excellent telephone call schedule of about twice a month

• 24-hour advice nurse available

• Hospitalists are available 24/7

• 2 year income guarantee of $300,000-$320,000

We are offering full benefits and CME allowance, a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, in addition to a shareholder track opportunity for new hires who meet the eligibility requirements. We also offer 401(k) with employer match & employer-funded pension plan. Our opportunity is PSLF eligible.

Job Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine (ABMS or AOA)

• Active or eligible license in the state of California

• DEA certification

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skillsPassion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment

Pay Range

$300,000 - $320,000 /year
