At Lenz Truck, our Service Consultants are the ring leaders, problem solvers, customer heroes, and professional vehicle translators who keep the service department rolling.

YOUR MISSION — SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT IT:

Make Customers Feel Like VIPs Greet them, listen to them, help them, and make sure they know they've come to the right place. Speak Fluent Car Customer says, “It makes this weird noise when I turn left…” You say, “We got you.” Keep Everyone in the Loop Customers shouldn't have to chase us down wondering what's happening with their vehicle. You own the communication! Find Ways to Help — AND WIN Maintenance, tires, brakes, alignments, repairs… if the vehicle needs it, you're the one who helps the customer understand why. Keep the Chaos Organized Cars come in. Technicians need information. Customers need updates. Parts need to show up. You keep the circus moving!
