Job Overview Seasonal Brand Strategy Keyholder – responsible for assisting with the daily operation of the Lilly Pulitzer retail store, including sales, customer service, and safeguarding store assets. Responsibilities Understand the overall concept of Lilly Pulitzer, including lifestyle, customer base, merchandise, and heritage. Present and sell merchandise consistently with the brand. Greet each customer and provide appropriate sales assistance to drive sales. Know the merchandise on the floor and suggest items to customers as appropriate. Provide merchandising suggestions to improve sales. Build a personal client book. Use the EREG POS software system effectively, learning and troubleshooting in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. Perform routine register transactions, inventory receivings and transfers, and opening and closing of registers and store. Safeguard the assets of the store and maintain inventory integrity. Assist in performing cycle counts and year‑end comprehensive physical inventory. Operate the store consistently with prescribed company policies and procedures. Provide ideas to grow and improve the business, including merchandising, staffing, floor displays, store fixturing, advertising, promotion, and operating hours. Skills Required Genuine enthusiasm and interest in the Lilly Pulitzer concept, customer, and merchandise. Fashion credibility to sell merchandise to customers. Initiative and self‑assurance to approach and sell customers comfortably. High dedication, commitment, and initiative to operate the store dependably with minimal supervision. Schedule flexibility to accommodate typical retail hours. Comfortable operation of an automated point‑of‑sale system. Detail orientation for safeguarding assets, including cash reconciliation and inventory management. Education and Experience Four‑year college degree preferred but not required. Prior retail store experience required. Miscellaneous Position classified as part‑time hourly; non‑exempt and eligible for overtime. Seasonality may require flexible, additional working hours during peak periods. Position reviewed annually.
