Urology Opportunity in Central Texas
Robotics Available, No Income Cap
An established Texas urology practice is adding a physician due to growing patient demand. With immediate volume, strong referral relationships, experienced APP support, and access to multiple robotic platforms, this opportunity offers the flexibility to build a practice around your clinical interests.

Practice Highlights
- Approximately 50/50 clinic and OR schedule with the ability to customize your template
- Typical clinic volumes of 20-25 patients per day, adjusted to accommodate your surgical schedule
- Manageable call with additional compensation for extra coverage and a rotation designed to become lighter as the team grows.
- Limited outreach commitment of approximately 2 days per month with dedicated staff support

Who We're Looking For
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology
- Interest in practicing comprehensive general urology
- Robotic experience welcomed but not required
- Eligible for a Texas medical license
