Job Overview Pool Service Unlimited is seeking a dependable, experienced, motivated Repair Technician who is comfortable with outdoor, hands‑on work. This is a full‑time position servicing around the greater Naples, FL area Monday‑Friday. Our main objective is to provide consistent, top‑notch pool services to our customers. What we offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience Weekly pay Medical, dental and vision insurance Paid time off Paid holidays Locally assigned services Life insurance 401k Exclusive employee deals via LifeMart Career progression and opportunity to grow with the company Responsibilities Diagnose and repair issues with pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, timers, sanitizers and automation systems Replace or repair defective components such as valves, motors, seals and lights Perform leak detection and repair in plumbing Troubleshoot and fix pool automation systems and electrical components Identify signs of wear, damage or unsafe conditions in pool surfaces or systems Communicate clearly with customers about repairs needed, performed or pending Stay current with industry standards, products and repair techniques through training Identify equipment models and part numbers for replacement Use mobile apps or service software to track jobs and update work orders (Skimmer) Perform related duties as assigned Essential Skills and Experience Knowledge of pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, sanitizers, automation systems) Understanding of pool plumbing and leak detection Ability to manage customer expectations and provide timely updates Valid US Driver’s License Ability to lift 50 pounds Ability to swim proficiently Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently Familiarity with water chemistry and balancing pool chemicals is preferred but not required Previously performed route‑based pool cleaning is preferred but not required Pool Service Unlimited is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
