Allied Technician - Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist (PT), Rehabilitation

Join our team as a Physical Therapist specializing in outpatient rehabilitation. This role involves evaluating and treating patients with a wide range of issues to enhance their quality of life through physical therapy interventions.

Typical Responsibilities

• Conduct 45-minute evaluations and provide treatment sessions lasting 30 to 45 minutes based on patient diagnosis, treating one patient at a time.
• Complete 2 to 3 evaluations and administer 11 treatment sessions, typically lasting 30 minutes each.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care and education to patients.
• Create individualized, evidence-based exercise programs tailored to meet each patient's specific needs.
• Manage a variety of patient populations, primarily adults, ensuring all age groups are welcome.
• Utilize standard physical therapy modalities and ensure competency in their application.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of current physical therapy experience.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics is required.
• Previous travel experience is highly preferred.
• Must possess a valid New Hampshire physical therapy license upon profile upload.
• Experience with EPIC and Expro systems is required.
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse patient load effectively.
• Must have a personal vehicle for transportation to and from appointments.

Work Environment

Our facility offers a supportive atmosphere where therapists are encouraged to develop their skills and collaborate with specialized teams. You will be expected to work 40 hours per week with the possibility of additional holiday shifts as needed.

Dress Code

The dress code allows for personal scrubs of any color or business casual attire. Athleisure/stretchy clothing is acceptable, though leggings and crop tops are not permitted. Open-toed or open-back shoes are also not allowed.
