Michigan Software Engineer

TEKsystems is looking for software developers to join one of our collaborative software delivery teams with a local client here in Southeast Michigan, focused on building and supporting cloud-based platforms and APIs that power innovative mobility solutions. This role is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable applications and microservices while working across the full software development lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-focused solutions, define software architecture, implement cloud-native services, optimize performance, and support secure, highly available systems. Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of software development experience with strong skills in Java, Spring Boot, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Kubernetes, APIs, and database technologies. Experience with cloud architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment strategies is highly valued. Participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation is required.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Dearborn, MI.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.
