RN – Oncology ICU
Location: Hospital Setting
Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) | 36 hours per week | Sun–Sat scheduling

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Oncology ICU to join a hospital-based oncology intensive care team. The RN will provide specialized, high-acuity care to oncology patients requiring critical care monitoring and treatment. Responsibilities include administering chemotherapy, monitoring patient responses, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill oncology patients in the ICU setting

• Administer chemotherapy and other oncology treatments per protocol

• Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and treatment responses

• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital standards

• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and care needs

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Chemotherapy certification required

• Minimum 3 years of oncology or related ICU experience

• BLS/ACLS certifications (preferred or required per facility policy)

• Strong critical care and patient management skills
