Job Title: Materials Coordinator
Location: Brooklyn Center, MN
Compensation: $22.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: Day Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Materials Coordinators for a manufacturing company in Brooklyn Center, MN. In this role, you'll help maintain accurate inventory records, support production operations, and ensure materials are available to meet business demands. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, staying organized, and supporting operational efficiency, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information! What You'll Do as a Materials Coordinator:

• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular inventory control activities
• Reconcile material usage for job orders and assist with job closing processes
• Perform inventory audits and inventory reconciliation activities
• Coordinate with purchasing and production teams to ensure material availability
• Enter and update inventory data within ERP systems and inventory control tools
• Support production and inventory control department operations as needed

What You Need to Bring to the Materials Coordinator Role:

• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 15 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a warehouse environment
• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and related tools
• Previous manufacturing, shipping, or material handling experience preferred but not required
• No experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements, if applicable
