Location: MA Services - IL, 167 N Green Street, Suite 600A, Chicago, IL 60607, USA Partners with Marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver P&L recommendations, support quarterly forecasting, period close, annual operating plans, KPI tracking, and enable better decisions through analysis. Accountabilities Present insights to leadership, translating complex data into clear recommendations that support business strategy Produce monthly and quarterly financial packages for Marketing leadership and provide insightful analysis on P&L drivers for Brand teams. Assist with preparation of the Company’s annual operating plan and quarterly forecasts while communicating forward‑looking guidance on risk and opportunities to business partners. Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting to Senior Management. Monthly delivery of Marketing reporting package to inform decision making Own Brand P&L Influence Embedded with Marketing teams; advisor to Finance manager, brand leaders, & associates. Veto Marketing Finance Manager Critical Relationships Marketing, FP&A, Commercial finance team members Training and onboarding Skills Needed To Be Successful 2-4 years of experience in a finance business partner role Relationship‑building & influencing skills Strong organization, presentation, and communication skills Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate findings into actionable solutions/processes Compensation Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions’ location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.
