We are excited to erving students across the district, we're looking for energetic, dependable, and student-focused Lead Teachers to join our growing team.This is an exciting opportunity to become part of one of New Jersey's fastest-growing before and after-school providers, build meaningful relationships with students and families, and help create engaging, enriching experiences that make a lasting impact every day.Position OverviewLead Teachers play a vital role in creating safe, engaging, and enriching after-school experiences for elementary-aged students throughout Woodbridge Township.Team members are typically assigned to a consistent school location where they build lasting relationships with students, families, school staff, and fellow educators while leading daily enrichment activities and supporting program operations.As part of our collaborative leadership culture, Lead Teachers may occasionally assist at another nearby Leading Edge location when operational needs arise. Strong performers are frequently considered for future leadership opportunities as our organization continues to grow.Compensation & SchedulePart-Time After-School PositionWoodbridge Township, New Jersey$18.00–$21.00 per hour (based on education, experience, and qualifications)Paid biweeklyMonday–Friday (after school)Typical afternoon schedule based on school assignment & enrollments/attendanceKey ResponsibilitiesImplement engaging Leading Edge curriculum and enrichment activitiesFoster a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for every studentMaintain compliance with company policies and New Jersey licensing requirementsComplete required documentation and administrative responsibilitiesBuild positive relationships with students, families, school personnel, and coworkersSupport daily program operations and teamworkMaintain appropriate staff-to-student ratiosDemonstrate professionalism, positivity, and confidentialityPerform additional duties that contribute to program successCurriculum & Student EngagementLeading Edge programs encourage creativity, exploration, movement, collaboration, and hands-on learning.Each month, our team receives themed curriculum resources and enrichment activities centered around our six core learning labs.
