Position description The Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley is generating an applicant pool of qualified temporary instructors to teach courses in Accounting as a lecturer should an opening arise. The pool will remain in place for one year. General Duties: In addition to teaching responsibilities, general duties include:

• Holding office hours
• Assigning grades
• Advising students
• Preparing course materials.

Qualifications Basic qualifications (required at time of application) The minimum qualification to be an applicant is a Bachelor Degree or equivalent international degree at time of application. Preferred qualifications A minimum of 2 years' experience in the professional practice of Accounting at a business, government or not-for-profit organization by start date.
