Day-to-Day

• Face-to-face consultations with families and business owners.
• Build long-term client relationships.
• Manage your own schedule (field + office).
• Access leadership growth opportunities.

Who We're Looking For

• People-oriented and self-motivated.
• Coachable with good communication skills.
• Valid driver's license + reliable transportation.
• No insurance experience needed.

Job Highlights

Compensation

• Performance-based with uncapped earning potential + performance bonuses
• Target First-Year Range: $52,000 - $90,000+. D epending on individual execution and production.
