Together, we can shape the future.**Job Description:****Your Impact in This Role**The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all inbound and outbound transportation, distribution, and logistics operations across the cluster.This role ensures cost-effective, compliant, and service-driven execution of logistics activities supporting both suppliers and customers.The position aligns transportation planning with production, inventory, and customer requirements while driving efficiency and continuous improvement.**In the role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:*** Lead end-to-end logistics operations for inbound and outbound shipments* Plan and optimize transportation modes (rail, truck, intermodal, ocean)* Manage carrier relationships and performance* Coordinate shipment scheduling and tracking* Oversee export logistics and customs compliance* Monitor and control logistics costs* Ensure accurate documentation and system data* Drive continuous improvement initiatives* Ownership of transportation and logistics cost performance* Responsible for cost efficiency and budget adherence* Supports cost savings initiatives* Oversee logistics coordinators, specialists or planners* Provides functional leadership across logistics activities**What you bring to the table:*** Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field OR equivalent experience* 5-8 years’ experience in rail, truck transportation and logistics management* 2-5 years DOT compliance specific experience* 2-4 years of direct people management experience* SAP experience a plus.**Employee Type:**PermanentSibelco is more than a workplace—it’s a community that encourages growth, innovation, and collaboration.
