As part of our nationally recognized IMPACT Mental Health Program, you'll provide meaningful mental health services that improve student outcomes while working alongside a collaborative team committed to supporting the whole child. Qualifications:


- Master's degree in Social Work , Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field


- Current California license (LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT)


- Experience providing mental health services to children and adolescents


- School-based experience preferred, but not required

What You'll Do:


- Provide individual and group counseling to students experiencing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges


- Complete comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans


- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions that promote emotional regulation, coping skills, and overall well-being


- Collaborate with educators, administrators, families, and community partners to support student success


- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to school-wide mental health initiatives


- Maintain timely clinical documentation and ensure compliance with state, district, and organizational standards


- Help foster safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environments where every student can thrive
