Directions Counseling & Coaching (DCC) is seeking a licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), or Licensed Social Worker (LISW) with specialized experience working with families, children, adolescents, and high-conflict family systems to join our team in our beautiful Powell office. Position Highlights: Flexible, contract-based role with full autonomy to set your own schedule Opportunity to build and expand your caseload over time Collaborative and supportive environment with strong administrative and marketing support Qualifications: Active licensure through the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage & Family Therapist (CSWMFT) Board (Required) Minimum of 2 years of clinical counseling experience (Preferred) Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field (Required) Alignment with the mission, values, and philosophy of Directions Counseling & Coaching Familiarity and comfort with high-conflict family counseling Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and general comfort with technology (Required) Preferred Experience & Credentials (Not Required): Experience working with young children (as young as age 3) Collaboration with Guardian ad Litems (GALs) Registered Play Therapist (RPT) certification Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) training Experience with substance use counseling What We Offer: Administrative support, for client intake coordination Strong marketing initiatives to help grow your caseload Continuing education opportunities and professional development support Job Types: Full-time or Part-time Contract To Apply: Please submit your resume and cover letter to View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr
