NEWARE TECHNOLOGY LLC is looking for a skilled Electrical Technician specializing in low voltage battery testing to join our growing team in Fremont, CA. Responsibilities:

Perform low voltage battery testing, diagnostics, and validation using industry-standard equipment
Set up, operate, and maintain battery cyclers and test stations for electrochemical performance evaluation
Monitor and record test data, analyze results, and generate detailed technical reports
Troubleshoot electrical faults and equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime
Calibrate and maintain test instruments and low voltage electrical systems
Collaborate with engineering teams to support battery R&D and quality assurance processes
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and electrical standards in a lab environment

Requirements:

Associate's degree or technical certification in Electrical Technology, Electronics, or a related field
Hands-on experience with low voltage systems, battery testing, or electrochemical test equipment
Proficiency reading and interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
Familiarity with battery management systems (BMS) and cell-level testing procedures
Experience with data acquisition systems and test automation software is a plus
Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to document technical findings accurately
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced lab environment
