Night Production Supervisor Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 26.00 to $ 36.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Third Shift (Monday through Thursday from 08:00pm to 06:00am)

• Supervise and support production employees during night shift operations.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality standards to ensure production goals are met.
• Promote a safe work environment by enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve performance expectations.
• Communicate production updates and collaborate with leadership to address operational needs.

Night Production Supervisor Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or production leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and production processes.
• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
