Position: Technical Support Coordinator- CSR
Location: Mason, OH 45040

Job type- Remote
Pay Rate: $18.50/hr W-2
Training: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

Schedule: Open availability required. Post-training shifts start between 8:00 AM–3:30 PM. Candidates must be available to work evenings until 10:00 PM and at least  one weekend day , with a weekday off.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls and chats.
• Provide technical and customer support for hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues using remote diagnostic tools.
• Document customer issues and resolutions and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Assist with software updates, procedures, and user training.

Requirements:

• Strong technical aptitude and computer skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Call center, technical support, customer service, computer systems, or retail/POS experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required; college experience preferred.

Local Candidate Requirement:
Candidates should ideally be located within 50 miles or approximately a 1.5-hour commute of Mason, OH 45040 , as equipment must be picked up from the Mason office after receiving an offer.
