Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Operating Room position at a Level 3 Trauma center, requiring a TX or compact RN license and prior OR experience.

Details

• Operating Room unit within a 154-bed hospital serving Northeast TX and Southeast OK
• Level 3 Trauma center with a Level 1 NICU
• Joint Commission Accredited Chest Pain Center with Primary PCI capability
• Advanced Primary Stroke Care Center
• Day shift schedule from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• Every other weekend required
• 13-week assignment length

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• AHA certifications required (BLS and other required certifications per facility checklist)
• Prior Operating Room experience required
• Active Nursys licensure verification required at time of consideration

Additional Information

• Facility recognized for top 5% national orthopedic outcomes
• Candidates must reside 60 miles or greater from the facility for consideration as a travel assignment
• Candidates who worked perm staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
• Cannot be employed elsewhere full time while on assignment
• Orientation occurs weekly on Mondays
