Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $17.40–$23.00 per hour (based on experience) + Employee Monthly Sales Incentives + Store Performance Incentives

What You'll Do

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the store, driving sales, coaching employees, and ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
• Create an exceptional customer experience by delivering outstanding service
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals
• Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to maximize results
• Recruit, train, and onboard new team members
• Schedule employees and manage daily staffing needs
• Conduct coaching sessions, performance reviews, and ongoing employee development
• Ensure compliance with Cricket Wireless and company policies and procedures
• Oversee inventory management, merchandising, cash handling, and store operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready store
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively
• Analyze business metrics and implement action plans to improve store performance

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail management or leadership experience preferred
• Sales management experience strongly preferred
• Wireless industry experience is a plus

• Basic computer and point-of-sale system proficiency
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

Schedule

• Full-Time position
• Weekend and evening availability required
• Flexible schedule based on business needs
