We’re hiring motivated, coachable individuals to join our Mortgage Sales Trainee program. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for people who want to build a long-term career in mortgage sales with structured training, mentorship, and real growth potential .

This role is commonly known as an Inside Account Executive or Sales Development Representative (SDR) in the mortgage industry.

What You’ll Do

• Learn the fundamentals of mortgage products, terminology, and sales strategy
• Work with licensed loan officers and senior sales professionals
• Make outbound and inbound calls to engage potential clients
• Build relationships and qualify leads
• Follow up consistently and professionally with prospects
• Learn how to move clients through the mortgage process
• Hit activity and performance goals with coaching and support

What We’re Looking For

• No mortgage experience required
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Coachable, motivated, and reliable
• Comfortable on the phone (or willing to learn)
• Sales, customer service, or call-center experience is a plus — but not required
• Desire to grow into a higher-earning sales role

Compensation is minimum wage at $16.90 base hourly plus your commission structure on funded loans. We also offer an incentive program for your first 90 days to help you to earn more while you learn and grow your pipeline of brokers.
