Assembly Supervisor

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Assembly Supervisor to oversee daily assembly operations, lead production teams, and ensure products are assembled safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, manufacturing experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily assembly activities and production employees.
• Assign tasks and monitor employee performance to meet production goals.
• Ensure assembly processes follow safety, quality, and company standards.
• Train, coach, and support team members to improve productivity.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
• Identify and resolve production issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Complete production reports and other required documentation.

Skills and Experience

Previous supervisory experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to read and follow work instructions.

Knowledge of workplace safety and quality procedures.

Ability to stand, walk, and work in a production environment for extended periods.

Spanish/English bilingual communication skills preferred.

Ability to work as part of a team and manage multiple priorities.
