Keep Us Running.Job Type: Full-TimePay: $25.00 - $40.00/hr. based on experienceWe're looking for a hands-on, organized problem-solver who knows that great operations start with getting the right stuff, to the right place, at the right time.If you're someone who enjoys keeping things organized, catching discrepancies before they become problems, and taking ownership of the warehouse and inventory process, we want to hear from you.What You'll Be DoingReceive & inspect incoming shipments - verify quantities, condition, and paperworkPrepare and ship outgoing orders accurately and efficientlyManage inventory and maintain accurate counts in our systemPerform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepanciesProperly label, organize, and store materials and productsCoordinate with carriers, vendors, customers, and internal departmentsEnter and maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory recordsKeep the warehouse organized, safe, and efficientIdentify opportunities to improve our shipping, receiving, and inventory processesWork closely with purchasing, production, sales, and management to keep operations movingWhat Makes You a Great FitWe're looking for someone who is:Organized - You know where things are and can find them when someone asks.Accurate - You understand that "close enough" isn't good enough when it comes to inventory.Dependable - When you say you'll get something done, it gets done.Proactive - You don't just notice a problem; you help solve it.Comfortable with technology - Experience with inventory, ERP, warehouse, or shipping software is a plus.A team player - You can communicate effectively with people throughout the company and with outside vendors and carriers.ExperiencePrevious experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, or materials management is preferred.Forklift experience/certification is a plus.Why Join Us?This isn't a position where you're expected to simply move boxes from Point A to Point B.You'll play an important role in keeping our entire operation running smoothly.
