Attorney/Lawyer

DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Attorney/Lawyer to join a regional law firm in Pennsylvania. This permanent, onsite position is suited for a litigation attorney who brings deep knowledge of corporate and business disputes and enjoys working in a collaborative legal environment. The attorney in this role will manage complex matters from initial assessment through resolution while serving as a trusted advisor to clients on a range of commercial litigation issues.Responsibilities:• Lead corporate and business litigation matters across every stage of the legal process, from early case evaluation through trial or settlement.• Prepare and submit legal documents such as complaints, motions, briefs, and discovery materials with a high degree of accuracy and strategic focus.• Develop litigation approaches by conducting legal research, analyzing facts, and identifying risks and opportunities within each matter.• Represent clients during depositions, court appearances, mediations, and trial-related proceedings.• Maintain consistent communication with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and other stakeholders to move matters forward effectively.• Advise clients on business-related disputes by offering practical legal guidance aligned with their objectives.• Oversee case progress and deadlines while ensuring matters are handled efficiently in a fast-paced law firm setting.Requirements• Active bar admission in Pennsylvania is required.• At least 7 years of experience handling corporate, commercial, or business litigation matters.• Demonstrated ability to draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and discovery documents.• Strong legal writing, research, and case management capabilities.• Experience managing complex business disputes within a law firm environment is preferred.• Ability to work onsite on a permanent basis in West Chester, Pennsylvania, five days per week.• Licensed attorney in good standing with a detail-oriented and client-focused approach.Job typePerm
