Job Description
The Crawlspace Installer plays a vital role in ensuring the structural integrity and energy efficiency of single-family homes by expertly installing crawlspace insulation and moisture management solutions. Working within a small installation team, this role focuses on delivering quality insulation placement, moisture barrier setup, and ventilation installation using a combination of traditional and advanced materials. The position requires strong customer interaction skills and physical stamina to handle materials safely and maintain project standards without the need for travel between job sites.
Responsibilities
- Install crawlspace insulation according to project specifications
- Place and secure moisture barriers to protect against dampness
- Set up ventilation systems to enhance crawlspace air quality
- Handle materials safely and efficiently on-site
- Coordinate with small installation teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Engage with customers professionally to address questions and ensure satisfaction
Required Qualifications
