Assist with recruiting and hiring activities, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and job fair participation Support onboarding and new hire orientation programs Maintain employee records, training documentation, and attendance tracking Assist with benefits enrollment and open enrollment processes Review employee timecards and support payroll processing activities Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace procedures Support employee relations matters and HR documentation Assist with workforce communications and HR initiatives Partner with the HR Manager on special projects and departmental priorities Provide administrative support to ensure efficient HR operations Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish 1+ years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Administrative Support or Office Administration Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) High School Diploma or GED Experience with HRIS systems (ADP experience is a plus) Manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or production environment experience We're Looking For Someone Who Is: Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable multitasking and managing competing priorities Friendly, approachable, and service-minded Confident interacting with employees at all levels of an organization Self-motivated and resourceful Adaptable in a fast-paced, changing environment Professional, dependable, and highly accountable Work Environment This role is based onsite within a manufacturing facility and office environment. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Barrington, IL. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
