Production Associate

HireLevel is looking for an Assembly Production in Saint Charles, Mo. Job Category: Temp to Hire Location: Saint Charles, Mo Shift: First Shift from 6:30 am until 3:00 pm: Monday through Friday Compensation: $18.00 an hour Company Benefits once hired: Full benefits package once hired included paid holidays,401k, Health dental and vision insurance. Requirements of Assembly Production Production or assembly experience Experience with small hand tools Excellent hand eye coordination Ability to differentiate between colored wires, tabs and electronic components Ability to solve problems Attention to detail Able to stand for a prolonged period (up to 8 hours) of time and perform repetitive tasks Must have manual dexterity in order to assemble products as directed. Lifting up to 25 lbs Safety minded individuals _PPE is required for all times while working Responsibilities of Assembly Production Assemble machinery, fabrication metal products, electrical equipment and more according to directions. Read blueprints, schematics, or similar documentation, then build to those specifications. Use various machines and hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks. Check products per company policy to ensure quality and uniform completion; resolve any identified problems and alert line supervisor. Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and exp[editing orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
