Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Michigan state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
• Prior experience supporting pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
• Strong collaboration, communication, and time management skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and targeted treatment plans
• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services in accordance with students’ goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support generalization of skills within classroom and community settings
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and participate in IEP meetings
• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current in evidence-based practices
