SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

We are hiring immediately for full‑time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions at Memorial Hermann Woodlands, 9520 Pinecroft Drive, Shenandoah, TX 77380. Online applications only. High school diploma required. Pay Range: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers, and discipline those who fail to meet reasonable standards. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety. Serve as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off. Act as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization. Perform other duties as assigned.
