Responsibilities: Plan, develop, and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lesson plans and curriculum Provide individualized instruction to meet diverse student learning needs and styles Assess and monitor student progress through evaluations, feedback, and reporting Foster a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and staff regarding student development Collaborate with colleagues to develop best practices and instructional strategies Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and academic documentation Requirements: Valid Teacher Certification (or credentials to become certified under EEC).
