Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive support to students in a dynamic school-based setting. This contract opportunity offers full-time hours for the 2026-2027 academic year, focusing on helping children achieve their individual educational and developmental goals. The position is conveniently located near Huntersville, NC, with specific school placement to be determined.

Key Qualifications:

• Active and clear Occupational Therapy license in North Carolina
• Prior experience working as an OT in a school setting
• Proficiency with ECATS (Exceptional Children Accountability Tracking System)
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration abilities
• Able to adapt therapeutic strategies to diverse student needs
• Comfortable participating in Zoom interviews

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based OT interventions to support students’ individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and document findings in accordance with district protocols
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain thorough and accurate records, including progress notes and required reports
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise to support student success
• Travel to assigned school locations as needed
