Data Analytics Analyst

Data Analyst We are seeking a Data Analyst to collect, prepare, and analyze data to support business decision‑making and operational reporting. Responsibilities Collect, clean, transform, and validate data from multiple sources. Build dashboards, performance reports, and standardized visualizations. Apply statistical methods to analyze performance trends and business outcomes. Execute recurring analytics processes and recommend efficiency improvements. Troubleshoot data discrepancies and maintain procedural documentation. Translate business requirements into clear analytical outputs. Support automation and workflow optimization for reporting and analysis. Contribute to cross‑functional analytical initiatives with increasing independence. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in analytics, statistics, business, data science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Typically 2 to 4 years of related analytics experience. Proficient SQL and data querying skills, ability to work with moderately complex datasets. Strong Excel or similar tool skills. Ability to translate data into insights and communicate findings to stakeholders with some guidance. What will set you apart Salesforce experience.
