Join a healthcare facility as an Inpatient Pharmacist providing essential pharmaceutical care in a dynamic hospital environment. This travel role is ideal for pharmacists with hospital experience who are self-motivated and ready to contribute to patient care across multiple departments.

Location: Berlin, NH
Schedule/Hours:

• Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, 7:00/7:30 a.m. – 4:30/5:00 p.m.
• Rotating weekends (every 3rd weekend) on Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical services in an inpatient setting including ICU, Labor & Delivery, Med/Surg, and Emergency Department.
• Independently manage pharmacy operations during weekend shifts.
• Utilize Meditech electronic health records for medication management; experience with Omnicell automation systems is advantageous.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safe medication use.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years hospital pharmacy experience.
• Ability and willingness to work independently, especially during weekends.
• Proficiency with Meditech software preferred.
• Familiarity with Omnicell medication dispensing systems is a plus.
