Key ResponsibilitiesProvides strategic direction and is accountable for service business growth and profitability for multiple customers and regions. Primary interface between sales and service business units.Formulates, integrates, and coordinates service division strategy for assigned account(s) and/or region(s) to achieve specific Market Share (%) and profitability.Understands customer roadmaps and HVPs. Helps translate into product development priorities. Positions Applied Global Services (AGS) products within assigned accounts/regions in line with customer specifications and product technical capabilities.Qualifications:7-10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership role(s), managing portfolio of products, services, and processes.Ability to build trust as go to partner – regarded as key person within the region/organization to take critical decisions and provide inputs to grow the region business activities.Analyzing, processing and decision-making based on multidisciplinary and multi-functional data sources that could frequently be incomplete.Demonstrates a comprehensive knowledge of the industry in order to contribute to the commercial objectives of the business. This includes enabling the business unit to differentiate itself from the competitionProcess oriented while also strongly developing and relying on interpersonal relationships across the companyAbility to connect equally well upwards, downwards and sideways in the organizationVery strong ability to translate multi-dimensional market requirements into engineering specifications.
