Community Outreach Representative (Door-to-Door Engagement)

We are seeking motivated and outgoing professionals with proven door-to-door marketing or canvassing experience to join our growing outreach team. This role involves engaging directly with residents, providing information about current initiatives, and helping facilitate community participation throughout the San Gabriel Valley.
If you are confident speaking with people, enjoy working outdoors, and thrive in performance-based environments, this is a high-earning opportunity with strong growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct door-to-door community outreach in assigned neighborhoods
Engage residents in friendly, professional conversations about current initiatives
Clearly explain information and guide individuals through a simple participation process
Track daily interactions and results
Represent the organization with professionalism and integrity
Meet or exceed daily and weekly outreach goals
Qualifications
2+ years of door-to-door sales, marketing, or canvassing experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable speaking with new people throughout the day
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Reliable transportation preferred
Ability to work outdoors and walk for extended periods
