Role Summary

As a Growth Marketing Associate at Gyde, you will be responsible for executing and supporting high-impact marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and demand for partnership with Gyde amongst agency principals and brokers. You'll manage day-to-day marketing operations, from digital campaigns to events, and collaborate across teams to bring Gyde's brand and value proposition to life while influencing the pipeline all year long. You'll also develop sourcing team enablement materials, help welcome newly acquired agencies to Gyde, and support employee benefit agencies in our portfolio in their go to market motion.

This role is ideal for a versatile marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being hands-on with tools and platforms, and is excited to build scalable marketing programs from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Top of Funnel awareness: Produce video and blog content, social media, newsletters and other activations to ensure that all the right prospects have heard of Gyde, know what we do, and how we can help them grow into their next chapter. Build SEO and AEO foundations to ensure efficient discovery long term.
• Nurture and convert in the mid-funnel: Develop resources, email journeys, and landing pages to encourage the right prospective partners to connect with our sourcing team.
• Activate IRL to build relationships: Help the team build and strengthen relationships with prospects through event sponsorships, owned events, and webinars. Develop effective playbooks for exhibits, collateral, swag, and vendor management to consistently drive measurable ROI.
• Manage the Gyde Partner Experience: From LOI through close and beyond, you'll surround the Gyde Partners with regular branded touchpoints throughout their journey, including swag, communications, co-branding, Town Hall support, and regular touchpoints with Gyde's Leadership.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sourcing, M&A, Partner Growth, Product, and People teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with company priorities and growth goals.
• Portfolio Support: Work closely with portfolio agencies with similar go to market needs, including sales enablement, event activation, etc.

KPIs and Outcomes

Success in this role is measured on the consistency, quality, and pipeline impact of Gyde's marketing engine, including:

• Top of Funnel Engagement: We'll measure reach, frequency, and engagement to ensure prospects in target markets are seeing our messages often enough to take action.
• Campaign Execution: Campaigns and journeys shipped on schedule, with clear performance reporting on open, click, and reply rates and a documented test-and-learn cadence.
• Digital Presence: Website messaging refinement and other optimizations drive measurable improvement in time per session, pages per visit, and conversion on priority pages.
• Social Growth: Consistent publishing cadence on social media, especially Linkedin, with growth in followers, engagement rate, and inbound interest from target audiences.
• Event Impact: Events executed on time and on budget, measured on qualified conversations generated, cost per conversation, and follow-up completed within one week.

What You Bring and Who You Are

• 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in a growth-stage startup or B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience with Webflow (or similar CMS), social media tools, design tools like Figma and Canva, and marketing automation platforms like Hubspot or Ortto.
• Strong project management skills; you can juggle multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for effective copy and design.
• Analytical and data-oriented mindset; comfortable with reporting, testing, and using data to tell a story.
• A self-starter with a builder's mindset–you thrive in ambiguity and enjoy creating structure.
• Collaborative and team-oriented; you're energized by working cross-functionally.
• Familiarity with healthcare, insurance, or financial services is a plus, but not required.

• Fluency with AI tools in your daily workflow; you use them to draft, test, and iterate faster rather than as a novelty.
• Effective marketing to non-technical, relationship-driven audiences — brokers, agency owners, small business owners — where trust matters more than jargon.
• Comfort working within brand and compliance guardrails in a regulated industry, and moving quickly anyway.
