Assistant Guest Services Manager – Rooms Division The Assistant Guest Services Manager supports the daily operation of the front drive at The Lodge at Spruce Peak. This role ensures exceptional guest service across the Bell, Valet, Ski Valet, Door, and Guest Service Coordinator teams. Working closely with the Guest Services Manager, the Assistant Manager maintains smooth departmental operations, upholds service standards, and fosters a positive, team‑oriented environment. As the premier Vermont mountain community, Spruce Peak’s Lodge and Club are slopeside at Stowe Resort, offering year‑round adventures and destination weddings. You will coach associates, coordinate logistics, and ensure the arrival and departure experience reflects Spruce Peak and Hyatt’s high standards. Pay Range: $27.00 – $30.00 per hour based on experience. Benefits & Perks Health benefits after 30 days Winter ski pass to Stowe Mountain Resort Summer golf membership to Stowe Country Club Complimentary and discounted stays at Hyatt hotels worldwide Onsite fitness membership Employee discounts at spa and restaurant outlets Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field and a minimum of 1‑2 years of guest service experience in a hotel or resort environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Previous supervisory experience in a guest‑facing role preferred Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated commitment to guest service excellence Ability to remain flexible, calm, and solutions‑oriented in a fast‑paced environment Knowledge of driving both automatic and manual transmissions Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Property Management Systems (training available) Familiarity with SMS, ADP, and Hyatt Rewards is an asset Must be able to: Lift or carry up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds Stand and move throughout the facility for extended periods Bend, stoop, kneel, and handle equipment frequently We welcome you.
